For PRs, you will need to pay an Additional Buyer Stamp Duty of 5% on the purchase price. This is on top of the slightly less than 3% normal stamp duty which is payable.
May I know how many bedroom unit are you looking at so that I can compile for you a list of all the units available for sale at the moment.
